Your half-developed thoughts, your half-baked ideas, are so easily butchered by sick, unforgiving bastards. But your ideas don’t really die, they live on inside your mind.

Let the aloof narcissists have their bone. They cling tightly to the last inches of their dignity. It’s about all they have.

Meanwhile, grow your ideas. Cultivate them. Build upon them. Enrich them with new data from new findings and new experiences. Don’t bother trying to get approval from the sick bastards you’ll never get any. Just build and  build your dreams to their ultimate end. You will learn a lot in your journey, and no matter what the conclusion you will gain from it.

Let the sick bastards win. Or lose. Whatever. They don’t mean shit.

I prefer a dissenting position presented in a polite manner, to a dissenting position presented in rage.

This preference is true despite the fact that the correctness of a position is not dependent on how much rage you present it in.

Like it or not, the more confronting your voice, the more likely it will be confronted with confrontation.

And sometimes, just sometimes, silly confrontations are a waste of time.

Conflict is inevitable, yes I know. Sometimes its even beneficial. Like when you seek iterations for a stable yet unbeneficial system, to force it to change. (One should wonder unbeneficial to whom, though…)
